By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our Website.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Website.
We may prevent or suspend your access to the Website if you do not comply with any part of these Terms of Use, any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law.
3. Payments
The company accepting payments is ULTIMATE FINTECH PTE. LTD. a Private Limited Company registered in Cyprus, Reg. Number ΗΕ391698. Payments are processed either on cyprus2022.ifxexpo.com or on the payment provider’s website using a secure SSL connection.
4. Your privacy and personal information
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our privacy policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

5. Keeping your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user account, username or password, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your username or password, you must promptly let us know.
6. Admission to events
Our events are open to business professionals only. Minors and members of the general public will not be admitted. Passes which allow admission to events can be obtained in advance after registering via ‘The Website’. Any order for passes is not complete until accepted by us. Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive your confirmation email for your pass. Each registered Pass (whether purchased or free of charge) is valid for only 1 attendee. All passes are named & cannot be exchanged once they have been purchased. The resale of passes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any passes that have been resold. If you attempt to resell or transfer a pass, your registration and pass will be invalidated, you will be refused entry to the event, we will retain any payments made by you and we reserve the right to ban you from any future events. Counterfeit or copy of passes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel passes which we reasonably suspect to have been acquired fraudulently.
We reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the Event and the right to remove any person acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the registration on behalf of another person i.e. a colleague or employer, it is your responsibility to ensure the person attending is aware of these Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
In order to gain access to the event you must have with you your government issued Photo ID and SafePass (record of vaccination against COVID with at least 3 weeks having passed, record of having had COVID within the last 6 months or the negative results from a PCR or Rapid Antigen Test within the last 72hrs) or any other document that is required by the Host country governmental authorities. It is your responsibility to have such documentation on your person, and failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of your pass to the event without refund.
Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event for which you have registered. We have no liability for any and all other costs associated with your attendance or personal arrangements.
By gaining admission to our events you accept to have your photos published in the context of being an attendee should it be captured, if you do not wish to have your photos published or come across a photo which you would like removed, you may contact us at info@ifxexpo.com and we will remove or address as you request.
7. Fees and Payments for iFX EXPO Events
Passes which are chargeable, can be purchased via The Website using the accepted payment methods i.e. a valid credit card / debit card issued in your name. You will provide valid credit card / debit card information. When you provide credit card / debit card information, you authorise a Payment Service Provider to charge such credit card / debit card for the amount payable which will be clearly shown upon purchase of your pass(es) and you are consenting to your financial and/or personal information being passed to any third party organisations necessary to process your transaction such as credit card companies or banks. If payment is insufficient or your transaction is declined for any reason we may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
The total price displayed will include the price of your pass(es), including VAT in (€) Euros. We try to ensure that all prices are accurate but errors may occur. You are responsible for any Currency Conversion Fee and all costs of currency conversion imposed by your credit / debit card issuer and we have no liability to you for that currency conversion. Prices for iFX EXPO passes may change at any time and no refund is payable in the event of a price reduction or promotional discount. Fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
When purchasing a paid pass using a credit card or debit card, your chosen payment method will be charged by a Payment Service Provider to process your transaction via a secure server. Any order for passes is not complete until accepted by us. Only once you have received your confirmation email and barcode for your pass will your registration be deemed as valid and accepted by us.
All delegates will be charged Cyprus VAT (19% for events) regardless of their country of residence. The VAT amount is stated on the purchase of the tickets. Under EU law, the event comes under the ‘supplied where performed’ rules. This means that the activity is taxed at the place where it is physically carried out. For further details please refer to European Commission website. This website covers EU legislation. The area of the legislation that is relevant for these services is Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive under EU Law. The above links are to external websites and iFX EXPO cannot be responsible for the content and the accuracy of any information contained therein. Please check with your accounting department whether you are entitled to claim the VAT amount back.
8. Accepted Payment Methods
Several methods of payment are accepted, such as a valid credit card or debit card, including American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Please note that payments cannot be split between multiple cards. Payment is also possible by bank transfer on request.
9. Cancellation or re-scheduling of an event and refunds
Purchased passes excluding Limited Time Offer Passes* cannot be refunded unless:
(1.) An event is cancelled.
Only the face value of the pass will be refunded if (1.) occurs.
If an event is cancelled after purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible by email using the details you have supplied. We cannot be held liable if you do not receive this notification because you have supplied us with an incorrect email address or because you have failed to update the email address that we hold for you. We also cannot be held liable should your email filter settings block or divert our emails to your spam or junk folder.
If we cancel the event you will normally be offered a refund.
If our event is rescheduled, we will usually give you the option of retaining your registration for the re-scheduled event (new date) or alternatively moving the value of the purchased ticket to the next available event.
If for reasons of Pandemic, Force Majeure, (including but not limited to an act of God, war, strike or fire) the event cannot take place as scheduled we reserve the right to reschedule the event to a date of our choosing. If you are unable to attend due to local governmental restrictions from your country of origin or in the country that the event is being held, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pass or to keep it towards the next event.
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, you must notify us via email with your registration details and a copy of your photographic identification within 14 days from the date of the cancelled event. Any refund will usually be paid, using the same payment method used to purchase your pass, within 30 days of the original date of the event or the date that we receive your request for a refund, whichever is later.
If you do not notify us that you wish to obtain a refund, or you do not notify us within the times set out above, you will be deemed to have chosen to retain your registration and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Passes cannot be refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
*Limited Time Offer Passes are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the offer as specified on purchase.
10. Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, know-how, trademarks and other intellectual property rights over all material and content including (but not limited to) text, images, web pages, sound, software, software code, interfaces, website structure and videos, in and to this Website are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise indicated.
Your use of the Website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights, our other exclusive rights or those rights of third parties in either the Website or its contents.
11. Hyperlinks and third-party sites
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
12. Accuracy of information and availability of the Website
While we try to make sure that the Website is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that the Website will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on the Website is at your own risk.
We may, at any time we see fit, with or without notice, terminate or temporarily suspend the operation of all or part of the Website.
While we try to make sure that the Website is available for your use, we do not promise that the Website is available at all times nor do we promise the uninterrupted use by you of the Website.

These Terms of Use do not apply to the services or products you may purchase from us. If you do purchase any services or products from us, the terms that will apply to those transactions will be set out separately.

To the extent we are allowed to under the law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our Website or any content on it.
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

- b) use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms of Use from time to time. Our updated Terms of Use will be displayed on the Website and by continuing to access, browse and use this Website following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our Terms of Use.
16. Virus Protection
We do not guarantee that our Website will be secure and free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology. You must use your own virus protection software when accessing our website on your device.
17. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
By using this Website and therefore agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree that you will not:
- Misuse our Website by knowingly by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Website, the server on which our Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Website.
- Attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack
Any breach of these provisions would constitute a criminal offence by you and we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our website will cease immediately.

Any matters that arise out of your use of this Website will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
PRIVACY POLICY
General
Ultimate Fintech Pte. Ltd. (referred to as ‘Ultimate Fintech’) and its associated brands are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Protecting your privacy and the personal information you provide is a top priority for us. We want our clients, partners and users to fully understand what information we collect, how we use this information and the steps we take to protect personal information.
How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Ultimate Fintech Pte. Ltd. hosts many events throughout the year. If you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event. We process this information to fulfill the order / request which you have made.
If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer, contact information, photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. We may also make and store a recording of your voice and likeness in certain instances. Ultimate Fintech relies on a legitimate interest basis for collecting, storing and processing this information.
We keep a record of your participation in Ultimate Fintech events as an attendee or presenter. This information may be used to tell you about other events and publications.
Some of our events are sponsored. Ultimate Fintech may at times allow sponsors, co-sponsors and/or exhibitors to send you material by mail, in which case Ultimate Fintech engages a third-party mailing house and does not share your mailing address directly with the sponsor/exhibitor. In cases where the event being hosted is a Virtual event, your details will be shared to sponsors and exhibitors who you have engaged with via booth visit (Click), collateral download and or im,audio or video chat. If you do not wish to have your information included in an attendee list or to receive information from sponsors, co-sponsors and/or exhibitors, you can express your preferences when you register for events or you may contact Ultimate Fintech at events@ultimatefintech.com.
Exhibitors at Ultimate Fintech events may wish to scan your badge so they can contact you with more information. Ultimate Fintech may at times use a third-party service provider to provide badge scanning services to exhibitors who request it. By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge you are consenting to have the third-party service provider to send the exhibitor your contact information, and thereafter you may be contacted by the exhibitor post-event. If you do not wish the exhibitor to contact you, please communicate this directly with the exhibitor at the event or thereafter.
As explained above, Ultimate Fintech processes your data to provide you with the services you have requested or purchased from us. Ultimate Fintech will at times process your personal data to fulfill an order for services, and Ultimate Fintech has a legitimate interest in processing data to better understand the needs, concerns, and interests of Ultimate Fintech customers so it can operate optimally as a business. At times, Ultimate Fintech will rely upon your consent, in which case we will keep a record of it and honor your choices.
As is true of most other websites, this website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences. Payment card information
You may choose to purchase services from Ultimate Fintech using a payment card. Typically, payment card information is provided directly by users, via the event website, into the PCI/DSS-compliant payment processing service to which Ultimate Fintech subscribes, and Ultimate Fintech does not, itself, process or store the card information. Occasionally, customers ask Ultimate Fintech employees to, on their behalf, enter payment card information into the PCI/DSS-compliant payment processing service to which Ultimate Fintech subscribes. We strongly encourage you not to submit this information by email. If an Ultimate Fintech employee receives payment card information from a customer by email, fax, phone, or mail, it is entered as instructed and then deleted or destroyed.
Personal information we get from third parties
Conference host organizations may share membership lists and previous congress delegate lists with Ultimate Fintech to allow Ultimate Fintech to inform you of the upcoming conferences.
When and how we share information with others
We may disclose personal data to the following parties:
- 1.Ultimate Fintech Group companies and Partners;
- 2.Contractors – who support Ultimate Fintech in our provision of services;
- 3.Payment processors – to allow payments to be made;
- 4.Marketing software – to provide you with information about the conference and association;
Where do we transfer and store your personal information?
Ultimate Fintech is based in Cyprus with a parent company in Singapore. Your data will be processed in these countries. The personal information we collect from you may also be stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in the United States and Europe.
We may disclose your information to recipients outside of where we have offices such as to the country where the conference takes place, or where our contractors reside. We are careful to work with third parties who maintain appropriate standards of data security compliance. Ultimate Fintech also enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors whenever feasible and appropriate.
How do we keep your personal information secure?
To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of this Site, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees’ privacy responsibilities.

How long do we keep your data?
Ultimate Fintech will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want to hear from us, you can use the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of any marketing email. You may also request a listing of personal data held or for that data to be edited or erased by emailing Ultimate Fintech privacy officer at the contact details below.
Your rights as a data subject
At any point whilst Ultimate Fintech is in possession of or processing your personal data, all data subjects have the following rights:
- Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
- Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
- Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply you have a right to restrict the processing.
- Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organization.
- Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
- Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right not to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
If Ultimate Fintech refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge.
Ultimate Fintech, at your request can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed.
To access what personal data is held, identification will be required
Ultimate Fintech will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driver’s license, passport. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Ultimate Fintech is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
